Return Policy

As this store sells digital downloads, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds. Once a file has been downloaded, it cannot be "returned" or refunded. Due to the nature of digital products such as these, once you have accessed a file, you own it—it can't be returned the same way you can return a t-shirt.

However, if you have not yet downloaded your purchase and need assistance, please contact us within 14 days of purchase at help@mulberryhomegallery.com, and we will review your request. While our main priority is helping with access or functionality issues, refunds are only granted in rare extenuating circumstances at our discretion.

Refunds are not available for issues arising from user error, such as purchasing the wrong item, changing your mind, or compatibility issues with your device. However, if you accidentally made a duplicate purchase in the same order, please reach out, and we will issue a refund for the duplicate item.

If you experience any issues with your download, such as a corrupt file or technical difficulties, please reach out to help@mulberryhomegallery.com and include as many details as possible, and we’ll be happy to help resolve the issue. We aim to respond within 24-48 hours.
